With deeper water you can increase the niches your species can exploit. Seek out Sponges, take refuge in the wrecks, hide in Sea grass or co habit with a protective species. Whilst things seem to be getting easier you will also have to cope with a Fishing boat and Oil pollution, plus deeper means less oxygen and harder living standards.
