Issue game of Wargame Japanese History #6.
This is small sized naval battle wargame based on Boshin war.

Players control one to five ships belong Tokugawa shogunate navy or newly formed Imperial Japanese Navy.
Main actions in game resolve by chit-pull order. Each side has four action chits for movement, fire starboard, fire port and rally. And initiative players can hold some randomly selected chits to use any timing.
Victory decide by various scenario special rule.
