Monte Carlo

Thirty-six tiles numbered one through nine of four colors are dealt to the players. Each player has twelve chips to use to make bids based on which the players will play combination of tiles. As combinations are made, the players receive their rewards. The first player to score a predetermined number of chips is the winner.
