Description
Typical regional Monopoly game.
Place names are specific to Singapore, for example:
Boardwalk - Queen Astrid Park
Park Place - Nassim Road
Reading RR - Ang Mo Kio Station
All prices and currency amounts are multiplied (inflated?) by a factor of 10, including the cash, which otherwise looks almost exactly like that in a US set, from white 10s to orange 5000s, and yes - the most numerous are green 200s.
Also includes a (white metal die-cast) "Merlion" token, which is the official mascot of Singapore. The "Merlion" is a mythical creature with the head of a lion and the body of a fish.
Note that earlier versions (~ before 2000s) do not include the "Merlion" token.
