This is a postcard game that is given away for free when you place an order with Against the Odds (LPS). This is from its webpage:
Imagine that in the spring of 1988 the Cold War gets hotter. With considerable domestic political unrest, the desperate Soviet government gambles, sending a pack of "Boomer" nuclear missile-armed subs through the "GIUK Gap" (the sea passages between Greenland, Iceland, and the UK). After stationing them off America's east coast, they begin negotiating favorable political and economic concessions. Can NATO stop the transit?
The game consists of a postcard. You have to cut out the counters for it, or you can get mounted counters with your order.
