Players spin the roulette to see what site in the big city - The METROPOL - they visit. Most are empty lots ready for development. Buy the site and you can build houses and skyscrapers on it to claim rent from other visiting players. Whoever dominates the city and manages to run everyone else bankrupt is the winner.
