A wargame set on a world where only high plateaus are habitable. The only way that people can get around is by airships. Each players starts with a small fleet of airships on a plateau in the corner of the map, and attempts to expand and conquer as many other plateaus as possible. Each captured plateau provides additional income (used for building more airships, and possibly also for buying extra movement dice) and a special ability token.
